Nicollet Avenue-South of Lake

South of Lake St where a Kmart blockades Eat Street to the north, revitalization seems to be a more recent occurrence. From Lake to 46th a smattering of restaurants, pubs and coffee shops have taken root and livened up the neighborhoods of Lyndale (northern half) and Kingfield (southern half).
